Over the last two years, MAI has provided several trainings in Bangladesh as part of our International Training strategy. Through a partnership with an organization on the ground in Bangladesh, there are now around 90 trained coaches throughout the country.
Several of those coaches have explored having teams for young women and we had the opportunity to come alongside and encourage this effort! In late November, a first-ever female coaches training took place! Two of our female coaches, Kieley Leach (Chicago Eagles) and Kate Williams (Charlotte Eagles) joined Graham West, David Sanford and David Urban (MAI) to work directly with these new coaches in Bangladesh.
The young women we trained not only learned about how to use the game of soccer to share about the Lord, but they were also reminded that they are seen, known and loved by God.
